I had an amazing team with a brilliant team leader who led by example.. there is learning for the first 1 year I would say but after that it's just a drag if you are not promoted..

Poor compensation and benefits and politics at the higher management level..

...ortive and management is transparent. Cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good hike and bonus every year

People working since 10-15 years dont want to leave this organisation and they will not allow new hires to stay longer else it will be a threat to them. Routine work not much learning. HR & Admin dept. keep changing the rules so that none gets the benefit.

Dislikes

Lots of office politics. Less salary for the new hires. Lots of work load. Managers are partial.

Likes

The company is open to new ideas and gives equal opportunities to all its employees to come forward. Training on new technology, new research methods or corporate group trainings are conducted timely. Basic employee recreational activities are never a miss. Overall a balance professional environment and place to be at.

Dislikes

Overall experience with the company was enriching and good. But client calls and project requirements may ask individual to be little flexible in work timings.
