There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.there is a lot of policies

The company is well supported during the COVID 19 lockdown, very good and flexible policies, management is reasonably good.

Compensation is good, growth is nil, salary not increased since 5 years. Direct supervisors who evaluate my process, and appraisal not have capability to evaluate.

Never see the ground level , no customised approach to market, USP development Nd counter strategy development is completely absent

Superb work environment. SMT is very transparent and cooperative. They are giving chance to grow . Annual company picnic program with family is fantabulous.

This is flat organization. Carrier growth is limited.
