Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). Reputed and Leading pharmaceutical company in India. Dr. Trusts this company.

Dislikes

Not good Salary structure, no increment and no pramotion for the employees who work hard for so many years. Even after working 8 Yrs salary my salary is 35k. Cost of living increase and the decreases the expenses and salary of the employee.
