Owner and the management is immatured. Owner is not in the office between 1 - 4.30 pm. The owner does not do any sales and he just overlooks the operarions. No sales manager / executive. Old employees are having a gala time and get the best positions to close. The new employees are suppose to get new clients. They have HR, Accounts, IT teams who get positions from the Client Business Units to close without any credit to the team. There is no system in place, all work is manually done in excel. Lots of favorism and politics by the old employees, but no efforts from them to grow the organization. Do not join the company it is a company which doesnt know what to do in future, absolutely directionless and the management is equally immatured so are the so called leaders.

Horrible head hunters. They call you for the profile but when you request them to share Jd they never revert. Non co-operative staff and very rude HR.

Horrible company. Instructions given to not co-operate with job seekers.

i don't like anything. Seriously speaking .I hate this company. I was new to Mumbai and joined H&S my team lead was good .They make you to work like servant. Head manager is running the office for his benefits.

No training section, No on-boarding, office starts at 9.00 AM you reach 9.01 AM your absent and you have to leave at 6.00 Pm. Lunch break 1Pm to 2 PM.u reach at 2.01 Pm they will ask you 100 questions . ppl get scared of the manager . His daughter wears modern dress if someone else wears he has 1000 questions and warning . Major point NO MATERNITY Leave .
