1. The promoter lacked knowledge of the business. 2. My Full and Final (F & F) settlement wasn't cleared in accordance with the offer letter provided. 3. Despite receiving relieving letters from my previous organization, the promoter accused me of having a bad past in my earlier role. 4. The company's does not match the prior discussions. 5. I have been asked to leave the organization within 3 months of joining. 6. The promoter has unrealistic expectations of achieving crores of turnover within the initial 3 months. 7. I had a 23 yrs of experience working for Banks and NBFC, The promoter had approached me when I was about to transit my Job to a Bank and he matched my salary. Which he honour. It's not worth of an experienced person to join this organization.

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.
