No likes ever exist with this company,we are working as a compulsion,as no other option left at this stage of our age

... company due to age issue.Since the joining time i am facing financial problems.Salary is not on time since I joined in 2008.There was always remain a tension at the end of every month,that on which date we will get our salary,now the condition is worse now,Salary is pending since 1.5 months.One can imagine how we are suffering financially with our family.

As I am working here on contract basis so job security is not admissible to me it will detain anytime. Working culture is not up to the mark & management is not so supportive but as a trainee I have learned so many things for working in PSU in personnel department. This is a better place to learn the working procedure of concerned department which I am admissible. Company policies are not up to the mark.

Not good for enthusiastic persons or whom who will grow his/her career. Salary disbursement is too late even it takes 3 to 4 months. A quality of work life, social & reputed life is not attainable here.

Work culture is good.. Can learn many things as it is government sector.. Good for HR personnel as it is industrial sector.

Company is in heavy loss since past 4-5 years. Salary is always pending for 4 months and when they give salary it is only of 1 month or half month.. Very pathetic situation with respect to financial terms.

...ff are supportive but the mangement is not good and also confused about company.company policies are good but, they give not good salary and not given to the timely and they haven't give any bonus yearly .

...le. Quality of work is very bad. HR is only for how to damage manpower benifits. Salary delayed by 2 months 29 days.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response.
