I don't have proper PPE.. In my ICU there is one patient only.. then also they don't give leave.. everyday i went for duty.. now we want leave.. even DNS, ANS also didnt help us.. no one thinks about us..

...ma Puja, Republic day and many more programs They arrenge & Celebrate specially. Salary timeing very good, increment and bonus all most good.

Some HR personnel or nursing department Head Round on Every department in night shift. Some time they are do scene create for little reason and take a action for punishment. This is really embarrassing for night duty staff. There not maintain infection barrier system or protocol as per commonly Hospital infection control protocol. Like patient party meet there patient in Ward, patient party take off own shoe in shoe rack then without shoe go inside of ward, ICU . Hospital dose not provide inside shoe for patients party. This is reticular.

Salary..it is horrible..!! They don't pay for regular work..if people is active in app,then only you will get pay..!! Very well Business strategy.

Any new person can learn a lot of new things. Exposure is very high. Patient footfall is very high. Clinical as well as operations exposure is very high. All seniors and juniors are very cooperative.

Dislikes

Senior level accesiblity is very high. Any employee can access the senior level without maintaining the hierarchy

Nothing actually too much patient load and too less work staff.

Dislikes

They treat patients like cattle . Only money making machines, pressure form management/chairman to make money out of anything. Lots of unfortunate deaths due to operational faliure
