Somehow Getting salary on - time. Apart from this there is nothing good.

...ying mindgame with employees and lots of toxic company politics happening their. They given promotion but not increasing salary as per promoted position. So your salary will be less in comparison to other new joiners. They don't care about employees even if you work with them for 3-4 years and generated good revenue for the company. If you not perform a single month then they will start giving you warning for termination. The CEO and other management team thinks that employees are like OX 🐂 jitna kam karwana hai krwao Or salary bhi km do. Due to these you will be in depression. I would strongly suggest to others/freshers don't join this company.

Culture among peers is great. Extremely helpful and talented.

Dislikes

Sudden Layoffs anytime of the year. The bonus doesn't get paid timely. Too much micromanagement. Too less room for creativity and free thinking.

...e days your day start at 12pm or 8am also. It depends on the work load you have. Salary and Incentives are good.

Dislikes

Job security is not much better as it's a sales domain. You can get a PIP starting of the month and end of the month they can told you to step out.

...Opinion and many of the other team mates i had during my tenure with Healthplix. Good Senior ~ Acting team lead, Salary on Time, Remote work, Exposure to Diverse cultural (Indians), Chance to work with cross functional teams (We didnt have people who could ~ Layoffs and Biased hiring).

Where should i start the list ? My first few months were absolutly great with the Organisation, then they bought in a Project Manager to lead the Customer facing teams who was from ED Tech sector then the mess started. ~Monday to Saturday woking + Sunday as a Roaster ~ He introduced a new team to the org. DX [Worst Decesion to retain users] ~ Started MicroManaging ~ Comparison of teams which were fully occupied and free. [Doctor Supprt, Patient Support and DX] ~ NO Performance Bonus while we were working for 12+ Hours. ~ Internal Politics ~Single digit appraisal to best employees who were working for 12+ Hours daily.
