Not really a Great Place to work, Very less salary compared to other compitator companies, Balanced work life, High Pressure and Targets from the Managers and Management, They will Suck up your Blood. Very Disappointed.

Dislikes

Uneducated Managers, They don't respect your Degrees there, Huge partiality between North and South Indian's. No proper growth, no hikes, no entertainment, complete 365 Days you need to work, work that's it.

...will be absent and even they will not answer the cals and do reply for messages. The salary part was even worse. They don't provide with the leads of doctors. We should beg them to provide leads, Even after that we may get like 15 to 20 leads.. And you know the daily target,, it is like 40+connected calls and 80+ attempts. The target was pretty much good but how can we reach target if the company don't provide with the leads? I don't know what they are doing in the salary part how they count according to the day wise performance. I m texting my manager "Sudhashu" nd TL "Nandini" since 1 and half month. Still no reply and not answering cals. Do someone know his watsapp status...? It comes like "professional service at any time". This is even cheap service and totally failed. That's the reason these start up companies doesn't grow at all. I would suggest one not to go and waste your 2months of time

I dislike everything here. Mainly they show partiality between south Indian and north Indian. And if u don't know Hindi. Then you will be a joker there in front of everyone.

Somehow Getting salary on - time. Apart from this there is nothing good.

...ying mindgame with employees and lots of toxic company politics happening their. They given promotion but not increasing salary as per promoted position. So your salary will be less in comparison to other new joiners. They don't care about employees even if you work with them for 3-4 years and generated good revenue for the company. If you not perform a single month then they will start giving you warning for termination. The CEO and other management team thinks that employees are like OX 🐂 jitna kam karwana hai krwao Or salary bhi km do. Due to these you will be in depression. I would strongly suggest to others/freshers don't join this company.
