aare kuch b aacha ni hai, dawai tak ni dete ye log employees ko. salary 10 ko aayegi, aur HR prepare 9 ko karagi gmail/microsoft tak toh lia ni hai inhone, YANDEX use karte hai cz free hai. upskilling k koi session ni hai executive b director ko report karta hai senior b. FLAT hierarchy hai. LALA culture is there despite being OKAY on the revenue side.

It is a great place to learn. Work-life balance is good and has flexibility of timing to some extent.

Dislikes

Alternative Saturdays working. Variables like health benefits are not there. Work-from-home facilities once in a while is required.

Company is very good for freshers. Alot of learnings. I worked there for 1.9 years. Culture is very open. You will feel comfortable while working there. Colleagues are good. For appraisals you have to prove your worth. Overall good experience with Healthmug.

Nothing to be disliked in compare to the culture and learning.

The company is growth oriented, but need years to seep into it.

Dislikes

The company need work upon it's employee satisfaction, retention, recognition, salary management. Policies are implemented just with higher management decision, no employee choice are considered. The company need to work a lot for its overall growth.

I have been working with healthmug more than one and half year . This is my wonderful experience to work with this company.

Dislikes

The company should respond employees very quickly but in healthmug I will not get response very quickly ; i have to wait for days and I am really disappoint with this.
