CD team is worst team to work Job is not secure when you work on CD team they always have one word to say PIP, salary or incentive Wil be stopped or I will terminate immediately.. wow to work on Pankaj and team because his team all covered with his own personal friends and they are boot licker to him. He overworks his team and then underpay them, particularly when it comes to incentives/variable pay and forces female employees to work 12 hours a day and sometimes have forced his team to work in the nightshift for 9 hours just after a 12 hour dayshift.
