...s unless you have a argument with anyone from management even if you are right . You get to see new cars with your salary that they deducted or delayed .

Ohh I can't explain salary is always late useless deductions and 15% salary is currently deducted just because the founder wanted to buy a new vehicle. The work culture timings and the micro management is endless . No wfh even if it rains or there are protests you have to come even if you get injured . Some of the old employees just sit there waiting for their esops and sublet the work to their juniors . Many of the old employees who were a great addition to the team have left due to the toxic culture. There is no parking only a sand dune which sinks as rain happens no freebies parking everything is paid . For freshers this might be okay but for experienced people I think you should keep your options given that the upper management consists of a series of relatives needing employment .

Worrest management and worrest culture getting salary is not the main motor of any job , getting salary out of good service is very much necessary and giving the correct diognotics reports to patients and giving support. If you ditch your own executives in all respects who represent the company its meaning less and not even giving the releaving letters when you terminate illegally and giving negative feedback when they go for other organizations. There is no management only cheaters can survive under this shelter which is common in our society .

Heavy politics and stealing the leads from other websites like Apollo by management even manipulating the turnover after the end of the month . Even though when a executive is absent he will be getting present and fresh leads will be punched on his CRM . Those who were present they have to sit by leaving hopes on God.
