Working in a Healthcare industry is incredibly rewarding for me. One aspect I particularly find fulfilling is the opportunity to make a tangible impact on people's lives. Being able to help people during the most challenging time (medical emergencies) makes me satisfied and engaging.

Overall a very satisfying experience as a pharmacist in terms of benefits and the responsibilities as a pharmacist. Plenty of opportunities to carry out leadership roles.

The varying shifts morning and evening become difficult especially with growing family .

Everyday is a new beginning and a new opportunity for even commonest problems we encounter in patients.

Dislikes

It takes a toll on your own health. It is a struggle at times to have a family work balance. The juggle between both is for real.

Experience of dealing every situation or consequences individually,which makes a person confident enough to tackle or complete any task. For example - labor laws, staff grievances, compliance, etc.

I just loved here, everyone was just awesome. Work culture is too good strong leadership, role playing, empowerment, task oriented. Now m coming to about company policies " equal opportunity policy, workplace health & safety, employe disciplinary action policy,employ complaint policies.
