...ew technologies. So if we want to work on new technologies scope is minimal. 2. Even after giving hike for every 6 months salary will fall under market standards. Apart from above 2 points company is really excellent place to work. Please take care of above points to retain employees.

... which is now going to end. Thus many employees are putting down their papers. Pay cut abruptly.

Spineless manager tasking requirements mindlessly. We end up working 6 to 7 days of the week. Interview would of the lastest tech stack and the work they give is on legacy application. Please don't take the bonus at the time as It would bind you for 1 year. No job security Abruptly sacking employees. All the best.
