Worst company ever. Do not have value for employees even when are hard working giving whole day for the work. No system, no time management, nothing works properly. Also a Fraud company which is falsifying a patient's diagnosis to justify tests, surgeries, or other procedures.

Dislikes

...them. Not treating employees well and making their own rules whenever they want. Terminating employees on asking about salary which is delayed for 2 months.

WORST MANAGEMENT AND SUPPORT, NO VALUE FOR YOUR TIME GIVEN FOR WORK AND MOST WORST IS THE TEAM LEADER ARE UNEDUCATED AND ILLETRATE. NO PROFESSIONALISM. 60 DAYS OF NOTICE PERIOD AND IF YOU WANT TO LEAVE THE JOB THEY WONT LET YOU OR IF YOU JOIN THEIR COMPETITOR COMPANY THEY WILL NOT LET YOU HAVE THAT JOB AS WELL. THEY WILL MAKE SURE TO DESTROY YOU IN EVERY WAY. THINK TWICE BEFORE JOINING THE COMPANY.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates were supportive and the management was transparent. Company policies were good.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Salary Increment is very low & i want to think hike salary from health assure & Other Organization Give Good Salary, so my opinion is please give all Employ Give salary he/she work hard & give good Performance of all.

...s feel comfortable. All were very helpful in nature. Enough space for cafeteria. Company policies slong with the salary were good enough.
