I accepted an offer where they gave me around 120% hike on current salary, but 2 weeks later I got to know that there are paying other candidates more than me for the same role with even less experience. ...is filled with company’s profitability and no points for employees benefit. 7. After resign they denied to give full salary and claims on time as other normal companies do. 8. After multiple calls and follow ups they share small-small amounts as this company taking money from market as funding to expand.
