...at humiliate their employees. Management is not aware what was going in company. No diwali bonus. No OT. There is an incentive but when you work for incentive they gradually increase target so that you can not achieve Target so basically there is No Incentive. Quality team working based upon their own FIXED target and it has to achieved which is not depend upon ops total target( if ops has 350 target then quality has 420 target on daily basis).No work life balance. No IJP and if it's there then it's all pre decided. No growth. Nothing is good but some good thing management trying to change but old peoples does not want to change anything so they try to change there upper management or they implement there's old manual rule which is not mentioned any where on paper.
