They are offering good opportunities and good salaries who are joining now (new employees) not for whom have been working for years for company a very horrible partiality for employers who are working hardly from years.

Can get t learn a lot about FMCG large volume sku business New innovations happening within system Country Manager is a wise man , has been shaped with over 20 years experience in the co & is spearheading the co in right direction

Most Regional heads are extremely fearful of their jobs & their grey hair so they hire & fire based on threat level to them . Many brands like SDL , RICH etc are unheard of & unsuitable for Indian demographic but they keep pushing Promotions rarely happen as the 45+ like to keep things under their control . Training happens to promote but promotions are very slow Increments are very nominal

H&G is the company which provides fair opportunity to all their employees. Basis the interest and knowledge employees get's the best. I worked more than 5 years and got 2 promotions, true leadership and excellent work culture. People friendly and healthy environment.
