There was short period only I worked, but all of sudden the company got closed when we arrived on June 1st 2015. Management was excellant , they don't push u what can't be done. Companies HC is in Brazil, Sao Paulo. Company were great place for mid career. Paid well to managers. It's was a startup company.

Dislikes

No apprisal, no proper policies. Worst part was emp were fired suddenly. Every month 1 to 5 everybody should be ready to move out. Once the name finalised , that emp might not be able to access his card in enterance since it's blocked by admin. This may happen to HR team also. For FF they have to keep communicate to company to get it. Notice was not flexible. But HR was excellant and they will support u from their end max usually no where this happens:)
