Shifting from Bangalore to Hyderabad
I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts

Work balance is there but no life. Extended hours of working even when you are not supposed to stay. Hr just a pacifier rather than problem solving or solution provided If you are single it will be a best place because you have no time to concentrate on the family

We are compensated for every product we brought in to the bank.Very excellent incentive bonus and commendable increment as to the position we occupy in the bank.Promotion to the next cadre according to your performance very strictly.

Dislikes

...e is no HR in HDFC Bank they are just pawns and has no decision making rights. Immense pressure without justified salary. No difference between sales and operations, if you are employed in HDFC Bank you are by default a sales person first and then later you have a job position to defend.

While getting job done your the only employee will do all. If your not there then company will close. If you ask for any promotion or hike then they will ask what did you do in the job. Your doing your saily rotational job.
