Need suggestion for betterment

I am 32, having experience of 7 years in working capital vertical, have been stuck in my present job due to family issues. It is really difficult for me to relocate to any other city and I am not getting enough response in my present location in the same vertical in other companies. Salary is really low (Present CTC is 4.01 L) and struggling to survive in daily life expenses. Kindly suggest.

They only give good salary package and nothing other than this.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. Worst work culture. They are literally blood sucker of employees. So much of pressure for sales with operations staff.

Trainings are conducted some times, there is little bit of job security.

Dislikes

No job security, no career growth, no work life balance, work environment is not good, salary and appraisal take place at low level. There is no career growth. Worst place of work.

1. They demands multiple products to sell at same time. 2. Senior managers are taking very high salary with less productive and ideas and they just do 2-3 hrs concall with staffs every day. 3. Unwanted pressure on so many things.
