...ransparent. There is good canteen facility & the food quality is also very nice. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. All precautions are taken for Covid-19 in the company premises.

The company is forward looking and a leading player in fire and safety industry. There is a pleasant working environment with close bonding with colleagues in office. Over the period of time, there is a great sense of ownership & belonging in most of the senior people working here.

It is the worst company I have ever worked in. They don't provide any safety equipments or PPE for paint shop. Painters used to omit colorful coughs. I asked for PPE for them, for this reason management started harassing me. There are many reasons for not to work in HD fire protect company. Never prefer this company.

This company fires employees for no reason. No employee stays in paint shop for more than 2 months. Whole management is corrupt. There is no planning for production. PPC department is the main loop hole but nobody has found that loop hole. Everybody plays blame game.
