Nothing the company just doesn’t care about the employees, would not recommend anyone to join here

Every thing , no transparency in the appraisals, they’re just finding news ways to deduct your salary . Appraisals are delayed every year. This year it has been delayed by almost 8 months now and still no appraisals . No communication between manager and employee. No promotions nothing everything is just garbage here .

The management is biased and creating a shit of a good organization. No appraisals. No recognition. No growth. Only the management is growing by cost cutting and throwing people out of the organisation. Better to join a small organisation as there is no job security here also now.

The work life balance at BSERV was very poor. No Job Security... They have 25 reasons for putting a candidate to Bench apart from their poor performance. There is no work satisfaction and timely recognition. Also no timely promotions, there is no growth timely.

... Recognition was not there for truely deserved candidates. No Work-Life Balance. Poor Salary Package for BSERV Employees Very Pathetic manual oriented Performance Management System where RM's can do and write anything without justice to candidates. Auditors are thrown out to Bench once the audit cycle is over due to some or other reason by RM's. The Organization culture has been infected by senior executives who are more than 10 years at HCL, they take decisions haphazard Cally without data backup. There was worst IJP process followed, I was moved to Kalyan Appakka team and completed the training for 2 months, post training client was asking me to work full night shift which I denied due to health reasons, client suddenly threw me out of the project, and I was placed at Bench and HR also did not support me. Very pathetic IJP process followed.

Growth in hcltech to connection with international official guest interaction. To learn more about international and domestic work balance.

Dislikes

Process associate should be promoted after a year with free food coupon. Company did not watch employee refreshment expenses so it burden on employees pocket salary savings who all live far from hometown. Company should be gave opportunities to employees under bench . Company should be provided reimbursed allowanceand medical travel allowance to families. Salary is very low as labour law.

For those who don't have any other options, they can come as a last option.

Not a good company as manipulation of salary towards base salary against which no good retirement benefits i.e. pf, gratuity, leave encashment,etc.
