Job security is good. I worked in client location(Bosch) where I got good projects and Bosch people treated me well.

...iority to HCL duties like taking interviews, learning some unnecessary sessions. If you fail to make in and out HCL virtual time entries(Due to lockdown) it will affect your salary even you are at client location.
I like the IT environment since I am from Mechanical Engineering background.

No regulated salary packages. example: new Joinee (either IT or Non-IT) receives more than 5-7LPA, but experienced person (Non-IT) receives less than 7 LPA even the employee was loyal to the team & organisation.

Deduce the variable pay and put huge amount in variable pay, something around 16 to 17 percentage.

...xperience and with HCL 3.5 years. HCL has all slow process with no transparency. pay you very less comparing pears and industry standards. when we request for pay rise as per market need to discuss with L2 manager or higher, they will behave like owner for company and convince you that nothing you did for company. If you in C code project you're done in terms of pay but they will charge more that industry standard with that client. while in project term if you do resign that information to client will be communicated after 75 days and relieve you on 88th day. even you have 1 year experience this company will talk about policy and change for their convenience without employee communication.
