Good Company for freshers and an excellent for learning if you are in right project

... variable correctly, even if you are hardworking and an excellent team player. They cut some percentage of your variable pay and raise your salary approximately that much only. So approximately your salary stays same for next 3 years. It is the worst part of HCL Salaries and Benefits. Before join think on this matter!!!!

As a fresher it a good start but you can't expect much compensation you got to switch company for better package.

EPB is really a bad thing for example when employees are expecting for an appraisal whereas we are getting deduction from our salary it really hurts, we are broken by this action.

... have worked in four companies and I would say that HCl is the worst among them. Be it work life balance or compensation and benefits there is nothing good about this company. They still keep looting from employees when they leave the company. We are not asking for anything extra, they can atleast give what is rightfully theirs. In a nutshell, HCl seems to be an MNC but nothing will make you feel that way, it's simply a company with no value for employees. Better avoid this kind of companies.

Work life balance is completely not there. And there is no proper compensation and benefits.

...perform, you will never get an appraisal that you deseved. Worked for 3+ years While leaving, I was not even having the salary of a Fresher as per normal organization standards.

We can learn different technologies. Will get more work to gain our knowledge.

Dislikes

No recognition no salary hikes. Politics between employers. Management get high salaries and who work hard they don’t get that much of amount. Try to improve their life and support L1& L2 guys. L3 doesn’t work as compare to L1 and L2’s. Under L3 package will get 5 L1 resources. Get 3 resources and give good amount to them then see the output.
