Everything including culture, work life, salary, promotion. They won't pay variable pay. Unnecessary deductions in salary with no reason. If we ask They will not respond but close the ticket telling policy without telling what policy says.

...cern helping even non-IT people to upskill and grow their career in this field . Pay is fair and management is very helping .

Career is jigsaw puzzle ,you will have to solve and find out your responsibility which as fresher was difficult to know right from beginning though it helped you grow and mature as individual.

Politics is higher and favoritism to particular people Poor hike only 5% in 5 years Comparison of salary and trying to bring people down

As a fresher it a good start but you can't expect much compensation you got to switch company for better package.

EPB is really a bad thing for example when employees are expecting for an appraisal whereas we are getting deduction from our salary it really hurts, we are broken by this action.

Everything about Hcl. No salary hike, no listen about our problem on position and salary. They do favor only to their favorite people. They have very least four 3 years. I lost my 3 years and wasted at Hcl. Life long regret of Hong Hcl as a fresher.
