Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Provide opportunity for freshers and giving them opportunity to learn and master.

Dislikes

Salary is too low to survive. 2010 and 2011 time I got Salary 36000 per annum as on job trainee. For Permanent staff they pay 75000 per annum. Even if years ago this salary was too low to survive. Promotion or salary hike are just imaginary.

...any nobody hears your demands, only when you resign people understand the value. Retention rate can be considered the least compared to the competition as the compensation is minimal.

It was a great company to work but when decided to close they took mass resignation indivisualy and the compensation was 2 months salary after working for 14years in the company. Even they didn't pay incentives also for the orders got.
