No International relocation, childcare or gym 11. Job or skill trainings are not up to the mark 12. You need to visit different offices of HCl Infosys for official matters especially while transitioning a process but you have to bear all the travel expense from your salary, there is no extra payout for this.

...ryone try to avoid talking with him/her No skill development, No job security. No growth in salary for current employees. 5 days working but most of the time you have to work on weekends.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
