Good and positive environment. Colleagues are supportive and the management is very good. Company policies are appraisal are fair and they give bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics. Salary hike is slow.

1-Friendly environment to work 2-Proper guidance provided by senior to learn in your field as sales,service etc. 3-I also like the employee re-hire policy here 4- there are no more travel job for me.

1-Compensation is decent but growth is slow, 2-Manager do not value an individuals unique strength 3-Appraisal not depend on performance

Team management is good, place to learn more, salary is good, life is good, full technical job for electrical and electronics seekers.. But we will have to give all day more than 8 hours.. Not fixed time as service engineer, train travelling more as filed
