Working at hBits has been a rewarding experience. I've had the change to expand my knowledge, not just in my area of expertise, but also about what is takes to grow and sustain a business. Very less work pressure, but still great opportunity to learn. The leadership is inspiring, steering the company in the right direction. It's also nice to see some policies being updated to make them more employee-friendly.

Please do not waste your time and energy on something which has no benefits in any ways. This company has everything bad you could expect - from work-life balance to Salaries to Job security to culture. The leadership themselves are not capable enough for leadership roles, and you will have a hard time adjusting. While working, and still I am for my documents, been treated badly. I just wasted my 4-5 months with this company, and can't describe how difficult as it to exit as well. They make fake promises on work culture etc., but do not live up to it. It was totally unexpected when I started working. Also, this company uses many false unethical tactics to attract pool of talent, because they won't be able to without it. The current employees are threatened not to contact any of the new joinees or tell them the situation. If you are planning to join Hbits (or Raycon Infrastructures), you won't get any help from the current employees regarding the work, culture, salary and other malpractices. I would suggest to join a decent company even if pays lower over this. It will just be a loss for you; a heavy loss.

Worst company ever, people just work like robots without communicating, no stability of employees due to toxic work culture, these people fire anytime they want, also the department heads are disrespectful, there is no worth of employees,

Aggressively and rapidly growing company. Employees are given opportunity to express their new ideas in all areas. Easy access to management. Salaries are never delayed. Opportunity to learn and grow.

The WORST COMPANY to WORK for - A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE If you are ever thinking to join hBits, LET ME SAVE YOU FROM THE DISASTER. THIS COMPANY IS NOTING BUT TOXIC MESS. There is ZERO work culture, no stability, and absolutely no respect for employees. There's no communication, and so called management that is THE CEO himself is incompetent. they fire people whenever they feel like, without any proper reasoning, and if you manage to survive, the toxic environment will break you anyway. NO JOB SECURITY: You can be fired any day, without PIP or prior intimation and they DON'T CARE about your hard work or DEDICATION. HORRIBLE LEADERSHIP: The so-called leaders have no leadership skills, they don't know how to manage, guide or even talk to employees with basic respect. PATHETIC WORK CULTURE: Fake promises about good work environment, but once you're in the system, you will see the reality-STRESS, DISRESPECT, and ZERO APPRECIATION DEMOTIVATION AND HARASSMENT: Many employees have QUIT or ABSCONDED because they couldn't take the toxic culture. Even if you exit after "following their rules" they harass you and company finds ways to make your life miserable by delaying dues even while you are serving notice period and also make exit process a nightmare. FULL AND FINAL SETTLEMENT takes more than 120-150 days, and needless to say that gets settled after a million follow ups. NO EMPLOYEE BENEFITS: Forget PF or Maternity, they don't have basics in place, and they try to cut corners with costs in every possible way. HR IS USELESS AND INHUMAN: they treat employees like peasants, have no concern for wellbeing. TOXIC and FEAR DRIVEN CULTURE: Employees cannot talk freely with each other and the CEO himself keeps a check on every employee making a thousand rounds on the floor and peeping in the computers. NO BASIC OFFICE SUPPLIES: They don't even have tissues, handwash, paper cups, cutlery to be used freely. they count everything and if you use even one item extra an email is shooted by HR to you with the picture or video of you doing so - literally the most basic things you are expect in an organization are treated as luxury supplies. THEY CHEAT INVESTORS, FRUSTRATE CHANNEL PARTNERS and VENDORS: They have ZERO ethics- not just with employees, but also with external partners. Investors are misled, channel partners are not paid, vendors payments are delayed. NO ONE IS VALUED-whether you are an employee, a business partner, or even an office staff. If you value your mental peace. DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. A lower paying job will be better option that to get you go through this HELL..
