No salary increment, no promotions, there is no professionalism, most employees are not qualified. Deserving and good employees are supressed and not recognised. Nepotism, partiality and every unprofessional practices are too evident. They gave salary in installment basis, that too at the end of the next month. The management have no concerns about the employees feedback and issues, can't resolve anything. Make excuse for deducting salaries.

... with confidentiality and daily we can implementing those types responsible pay. i feel better and future career growth increasing and satisfied salary and gain good learning and multiple positions about our environment.
