...5. Lots of gossips, even a small thing will spread immediately to all people. 6. They will hire only basis of high paying salary. 7. Some persons are favoured here. 8. No canteen and bus facility available. 9. Management is very unsupportive in some cases. 10. Management don't know about ground reality. 11. Manage never support employees, they require employees for clarical tasks only, rest process handled by them, they do not provide learning opportunities, even not involves employees in there decisions. 12. Salary is not on time, salary is credited any time, no fixed schedule, also don't know the reasons for delaying the Salary.

While working here personal and professional life is very well balanced. Everyone over here are very supportive. Even payscale is also good. Since, it's in developing stage we have more opportunities to learn multiple tasks.

This company is very good , you can work here in hole life,Md ,GM and directors are very nice but their trusted some people language are very bad and due to people continually leve this company due to harrasment
