As far as I had done in construction field in making hatsun agro to raise from the pillar in zaheerabad telangana the site which is the largest manufacturer of dairy products in Asia.. Coming to the company's profile the owner of the company developed immensely wide recently and as well as we all knew that he is from a middle class background and eventhough developed and made hatsun a 3 billion dollar company with more branches in South India ..and coming to work experience and job security I can say that it's good to be a part of the company and the culture is also so workaholic and enjoyable with lot of fun the main policy works on work with enthusiasm u will get succeed in ur life wherever u work

Work culture, benefits "0", Job security 0 % Promotion take min 4 year's Increment will be (3% to 5 %) on your salary Exp: salary - 20000 your increment 600 on year Sales people thay Woking 24/7 leave time also payment follow-up, Office work quite better 9 hr work + 2 to 3 hr extra work on depends your manager no work balance Skills development "0"%, Experience candidate resigned joining other company

Overall company calture are to good, i worked hatsun agro as sale executive Company gave a payment time to time but TA DA pay weekly I'm not happy with that because any bank can't given a loan due this type weekly payments

TEAM HANDLING, professional tax first month take, salary very low, timing not follow up commonly, only trust RSM words, if employees will resign no enquiry, highest rank employees( like GM, VP) not discuss with franchises. Etc etc. no weekly off , no holidays, company give holiday for formality but RSM never give leave and Sunday also, UNEDUCATED PEOPLE ONLY WORKING HERE I THINK,

Good work environment and culture . Company policies are good they give good salary hike and bonus every year according to your performance. Starting stages will be but difficult before learning about process and how to do work after that its just day to day problems while you face during production.
