The incentive is not being paid properly.Let us take the lead when we go to the lead office to work.Each team has at least two dummies working on them Let us take the lead. Some manager and TL everyday torture in me and monthly MI 4 weekly offs is there but not given lease some emergency work time also so not giving leaves that's why resign job manager until not good but company is superb company

The worse experience of my life we r treated like animals. 12hrs shift without any leave, also work off r adjusted if sales r down. Nither hr. or management take care of there employees.
