I have a terrible experience in this company T.L has a very bad behaviour towards employees specially towards girls. H.R never used to pic up call for any kind of emergency work environment was quite bad no support from anyone only work pressure.If someone has a very poor condition in his/her home then only choose hathway otherwise u should go for waiter or servant job instead of choosing hathway,it,s such a terrible place.

Supportive nature of management. To make employee happy management arranged tours and sport match . Given award to employee for his long service

System not ready for immediate changes in market, government policies. Data migration to new software was very critical. Because of it enduser of system facing to many problems. corruption increased. Company faced huge revenue loss. Audit process is only paper work. It is limited to account data only.

There is no Appraisal. All politics in Appraisal. I worked for 4 years in this Organizations but didn't got a appraisal.

Please do not join this Company as there are uneducated people who are working on higher profile and they do not know how to run Business/process /Site. Reason:- Because they haven't got the chance to work in good companies. Even they do not have ideas for growing company. If you want to join:- Yes you can join if your known person is working there in a good profile otherwise they will kill your happieness
