Non technical persons have the authority to run the plan.They have there team and no one can survive specially if you are technical as they have made so complex procedures that even the top level thinks they are the best.They are still old fashioned and can not be systematic.

The company is very good at all and open above 25 years. Lot of knowledge in production line and good growth. New machinery maintenance for me.

Dislikes

Maintenance department seems not in good condition bcoz there is involvement of maintenance contractor and the company's maintenance department don't get the right value of their work.

A purely owner oriented unorganized private company having more work pressure and lack of systems, unfair means of working.

Dislikes

alot of politics and poor working condition, working culture is also not satisfactory
