Hospital has no good qualities, even infrastructure of the hospital is so worst comparison to PHC and CHC

...o not have 1 patient as their hospital is so worst and that's why no one knows, They even not pay the salary of the staff on time, it get delayed by one month and 20days or 15 days and even, They hired the staff According to their needs and fired the staff if they don't have money to pay the staff then they just the staff and tell them not to come from tomorrow without mentioning any reasons they do this to their staff when they don't have money to pay them their salary. So many doctors are even not payed their salary 15-20lacs are pending, and so as employee staff have not payed their salary and one of the example is me... NABH process and their work is total fake in this hospital to get the accreditation only, they are just copy and pasting and editing the other hospitals documents so that they make their own, they don't have CRASH CART on any floor for any emergency, they don't have defibrillator for CPR , they don't have any mortality process if people die they die... A big myth on the name of Hospital this hospital is... Most dissatisfied thing is they don't have Quality of services for patient safety as well as they don't pay the staff on time even the owner of the hospital calls the staff at unusual time like in night after that also they don't pay and they fired the staff According to their bank balance, Fake nabh work is going on.

Worst than I have ever face in my life...they only want their way of haryanvi culture and rule n regulations... Director speaks to you so terribly ... The worst human being not as director only. He is worst as a human..I relocated my self and left my best organisation because of them and they forced me to sit in his office which is basically the back office in the another sector of sonipat where the hospital is not located... He makes you feel terrible and helpless.

Owners force behaviour and his dictatorship with the employee staff and the way he talks " tu tu " language..
