Lots of politics and staff doesn't help to learn new skills, doesn't take you in loops what's going in office, everyone will try to pull your legs and give their works to you within a timeframe

There is nothing to like, this company works like a CIRCUS, hires NORMAL PEOPLE and expects them to become SUPERMAN by pressing them hard with illogical targets & pressurizing People issuing ORDERS either don't know the Work Process & Ground Realities, or act as perfect Illiterates who presumes HE HAS SUPER-NATURAL POWERS to perform MAGIC Some Smart People killed their OWN career by joining HCG - KCE, so did I

There is absolutely Nothing to like about this company, they HIRE people with TAINTED CHARACTERS like people kicked out by other companies on charges of POSH, Inappropriate behavior with WOMEN, CORRUPTION, etc. Worst & highly unethical work culture HR Dept is FRAUD, they will persuade you to join with 1000 fake promises, once u join you r in the TRAP LALA KI DUKAN type of Organization LALA cant understand that it requires 9 months for a Baby, LALA needs BABY in 4 months

There was not much to like it feels like lala company there is no corporate culture. People who can survive in big corporates can go there and live with atleast having job

Lala ji do not have manners of behaving with professional. With this attitude it’s difficult to create a culture.
