Harvest International School is a residential school in Ludhiana offering the Cambridge syllabus.The school uses the most innovative ways of teaching and has smart class rooms and the teachers use the latest technology for teaching and learning.There are students from different parts of India and some of them are from other nationalities.It provides ample facility to the students in sports specially in Tennis as it has numerous Tennis courts.The work environment is good and stress is laid on work life balance for the students.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high and being a residential school one is expected to be on the toes all the time.And the biggest drawback is that there is no job security as it is a Private educational institutions.

Harvest international school is a best place for learning. School provides opportunities to the students and teachers. Meals are very healthy. All students are treated as a family where there is no violence at all. Students are priority for every individual whether that is a president or worker.

The manner Harvest has handled the online lessons during the epidemic has completely pleased us. My younger child began taking online programmes at Harvest and was thrilled to do so. To keep the kids interested and motivated, the teachers made sure the lessons were participatory.
