No Salary Discussion in My Appraisal — What’s Your Experience?
In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

Harvest Heaven is a Startup Company yet undergoing transition form Propriteorship to PVT Ltd. Yet the working environment is Very professional. Higher Ups are very helpful and understandig. Targets are Realistic unlike other company's where you are forced to work. People here are mostly youngsters yet experienced in various bacgrounds. . . 3 days office and 3 days from home provides great help. Not much of a headache. . If we achive our required targets we can take fuul month paid off as well. . We are provided with International tours every once a year for laying off heat from work. Love the way everything smoothly aligns.

To be honest I was a little skeptical about the roles here at first but its been close to 2 years and I love the way it works for me. Also with the rise of the company we are provided with the best holiday gifts and also international trips.
