Poor work culture .No respect.Only Old employees who are relatives of mangement who are srtinking their as they have no qualification nor skills or knowledge are ruling the instructions.They dnt like qualified people they feel unsecure and they make sure that a qualified person leave early.They do everything to send out the qualified and experienced and skilled resource.Over all THE WoRST .work culture and work environment is worst.New joiners are treated worst especially at accounts department.Accounts department is just like a slum.poor quality of accounts staff including manager .it's worst than any government office.to get a work done need to wait for 3to 4 weeks.if we reach one table we will be directed to another desk and from there another desk and finally it be sent to the 1st desk.
