Salary structure is still far behind then other companies. New employees get good salaries whether old one are still far behind then their Market experience

As a Production Engineer working in 3 shift. Every week shift is change. Job security is good and salary is also on time during the Covid situation. Work cluture is average and collegu is supportive on average. Hike is not much and nor less it's okay type.

Dislikes

Career growth is slow. Much more work load and pressure. Management also not transperent. You are good when you work long hours and follow all type of management policies.

Work culture is quite liberal. Working hours are fixed and generally not extended. Also salary is done regularly and timely without any deductions.

Dislikes

Corporate politics is very high. Promotion depends on relation and not on the work output. Also company is growing at a great pace but employees growth is very much limited and fixed to 1 digit percentage only.

Likes

There are no any delay for salary, employee due, facility. Lunch facility is good and too much reasonable. Job training excellent. Freedom of Suggestion and kaizen implement.

There are no any incident in this regard.

Company is allowing all kind of experiments at all level which are in beneficiary of organisation. Good training room and healthy work environment for carrier growth.

Dislikes

At some stage it becomes owner driven rather than system. Transportation for general shift is not provided. Very few employee engagement events.
