My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

They act to be professional but they are not

Dislikes

everything, they don't pay salaries. around 50 teachers left the jobs due to salary. which is still pending. principal is not at all professional he dont even know the way of talkin with teachers, students and parents even, staff is working because of their pending salaries

1. False and bold promises and tactical ways of denying to compensate by begging, pleading or threating.

Dislikes

1. Takes 100%salary deposit, 33.33 % salary deducted every month. 2. Pays salary after 20 to 27 days more than stipulated day, means, salary of a month is paid in the third week of next month. Next months salary information is messaged that will be paid together with another month's ahead but, fails to pay that too.
