No salary on time even for 2 months, heavy workload, no work-life balance & also time is 10-12 hrs. for site people, no vehicle for transportation, even they will not provide you enough food while working on site, continuous fight in civil and mep team, project managers are always targeting you and asking you to take responsible of work which is not assigned to you. No salary benefit, no time management.

...pper management specially executive director Mr Vikas Patil is a cunning person. The company holds staffs salary for more than 3 months and HR and management remains unresponsive if you ask for salary. If you keep on insisting about the salaries then they send you an illegal termination letter by stating absurd reasons

Site working hours is 12 hrs (8.30 am to 8.30 pm) Accommodation Facility is not good, Canteen Food quality is not good, Overall Facility provided is not good
