Nothing because so many commitment at the time of joining . Then i will join all commitment is only commitment. Manager behavior is every time is talking rood and say pack your bags i will fired you.

Time of interview salary is different. Paid is different.

...ironment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good ,appraisals are fair and the give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joined.

Only one thing I like about harsco is that, they are following hybrid mode which is flexible for everyone.

No recognition, worst politics, never take any action if you give any serious complaint to HR, Hiring policy is not good as they select the candidate based upon the referral person, not upon your skills, no proper management.

Multiskill development, Mutli tasking approach, Standards, Very Fast pace work culture, Fund flow. Safety of the Emoloyee, Voice of poeple in appraisals, Visible Felt Leadership.

Work demand, Pressure, Poor Document Standardization, Repeated meetings, No Annual or Performance, Project Incentives, No promotions, Sudden surprising demand of work

1.Medical insurance is very less, 2. there are no onsites 3. Senseless HR rules imposed on employees 4. No employee engagement activities 5. Desk job... no interaction with other people in the organization 6. No Appreciation or employee encouragement activities.
