Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible

...artiality. Biased decisions by COO. CEO no power to control so not approachable. No salary increase. Past company good and present company is not employee oriented. No orders so employees are resigning due to unhealthy work environment created by new management.

Get a lot of field experience. Work Environment is good. Overall I feel company is good.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow.The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. Also, there is no on job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step,which is a pain sometimes

The top management is good

The HR policy is terrible. HR has kept 3 month notice period. Even after serving the notice period they will not issue any relieving letter. Mid level management are very corrupt. They simply take the brive from vendors. Due to mid level management, job is not secured at any time. No promotion, no increment. Once you join, you will not have the option to take smooth exit at any cost.
