This is the worst company i have ever worked for, the politics is like normal routine here. People shout in meetings. No team bonding. Everyone is so frustrated

Work, management, salary, perks all are so bad that you will want to leave the job at day 1

See it totally depends on the clients u get. From what I see from Harman side pay is not upto the mark but job security no one can match them The Manager is good and the management is supportive

*Work life balance is excellent because there is no Micromanaging *managers are friendly but it doesn’t mean they will give hike and appraisal *job security is there 100%

Pros: 1. Supportive teammates 2. Good Salary compensation. 3. Good Recognization of talent and proper career growth. 4. Work from Home option available. 5. Working on some old technology which the company has recognized and try to maintain his presence. 6. After the merger with Samsung, you can have a good offer on Samsung products. Cons: 1. No stock option available. 2. Everything from food to Medical Insurance is paid by you. 3. As mentioned earlier old technology. 4. No or nill onsite opportunity

-Even though higher management strategy is not working, they pretend that it's working and punish working level employees to save their jobs. -Immature organization: There will be one guidelines at organization level, but few senior level managers expect employees behave differently. for example, organization guidelines says that 5 days work from office per month. But few senior managers expect employees to office daily. - parallel organization run by veterans and unfair decisions during optimization and job cuts
