Work life balance is good, Culture is good. Salary on time , insurance , team outing and many programmes like men'sday ,women's day , pride day etc celebration.

Dislikes

Job security also not much good. Apparsail and salary depends upon location and for pune and banglore is very bad appraisal. Promotions is very rare . Learning is not good .

Good compensation, good employee rewards and gifts, good clients

I worked in the client location in the client office, only once did i meetup with 5-6 harman employees, so could not really imbibe much in the company culture

The only positive thing is that salary will be credited before 2 days of the month.

Dislikes

One of the worst things I observed here is, there is almost no bench period and there is no value at all for your hard work and try for level of improvement which decrease the confidence, especially automotive division management is the biggest minus for the company, they simply connect with HR and they will decide even employee future, I was forcefully deallocated from the project because of internal politics which are very high and mostly plays a vital role in HARMAN CONNECTED SERVICES. Anyways I feel so happy after coming from the project, thank God.

Hikes are less even with good performance record. They give more salary to the new joiners even their skill level is same as the currently working ones.

Everything is good in the company work life balance upgrading skills and salary package even for freshers all good

Job security it's terrible you can't even predict when will they fire you in fact freshers ever lay off happened giving reason like no project
