Salary is good and flexible work environment

Dislikes

Work culture, job security, extreme politics and partiality. Not sure if the salary and flexibility given just to use resources and the moment their work is done - you will be target.

Likes

Work life balance is good, Culture is good. Salary on time , insurance , team outing and many programmes like men'sday ,women's day , pride day etc celebration.

Dislikes

Job security also not much good. Apparsail and salary depends upon location and for pune and banglore is very bad appraisal. Promotions is very rare . Learning is not good .

I worked in the client location in the client office, only once did i meetup with 5-6 harman employees, so could not really imbibe much in the company culture

I like the employee benefits Harman porcides. The work culture is also nice and people actually listen to you. But that may be project based.. I was part of a very good project as I had done well during my training. Landing a good project in Harman is often difficult not all project are good.

Dislikes

Salary Hike is less and it depends on person to person. Person knowing coding may get more increment than one who are working hard but don't know coding

They will pay you more as they are struggling to retain people more than a year

They will treat you very bad in terms of work.if John Deere is client.They will convince you to join by any means, after you join you have to do whatever client says. 1.mobile phone is not allowed inside 2. There will be checking every time you enter in the office ( even if you go to washroom) 3.They don’t have any base location. Sometimes you need to travel at client location and sometimes you have to sit at harman location (40 km distance) 4.Don’t expect development kind of work
