Harman has various Work Group, Automotive, Audio, Connected Car.... Not all can be assessed the same way as Automotive has several Business Units, again not all Business Unit can be assessed the same way. Keeping employees engaged by HR is better than engineers engaged by Project Management. HR Policy are best.

CTO is sitting home getting salary with no work from years and no one cares and he himself do not know what is his work to the company. 9. Harman Germany is the worst as they show attitude, arrogance and not the expertise at work. all they do is outsource work to his/her friend company even a small software feature work. Germany center are not even 10% competitive compared to India but their arrogant behavior is annoying. 10. Health Insurance is a joke, who ever opted for this to Harman Inc is doing under the table business with insurance provider. 11. International relocation - ZERO

...longer period of time, the work life balance, the learnings to help your career. It has everything, it's a perfect package if you give your 200% and if you are career oriented.

It has glitches and will be visible if you are not giving your 200%. Go for it and make place for yourself, if not quit.

...to Communicate with management without any fear. Company policies are very good. No any complications about salary.

Their is no job security. work culture is poor. There is More politics and management cant address it. Poor communication between management and employees who worked at shop floor

There appears to be, genuinely nothing that I can say, that can be even remotely considered nice.

The salary will be much less than every other company. The hike will be in single digit. Every one of the employee is considered an expendable. You will have absolutely no facilities provided. No matter how good you are, how good your work is, it will never be recognised or compensated.

I am working with this company for the last 8 years, I definitely have seen some growth in the company. If you are keen to work on multiple opportunities, projects, helping the sales team to increase the business, then the sky is the limit.

Dislikes

Even though this is a product company, the salary, remuneration structure, and other benefits are not up to the mark as of other product based companies.
